Getting Started

Whether you’ve been to counseling before or are considering seeing a therapist for the very first time, I commend you for taking that first step to get started. It takes courage to open up & trust someone with personal aspects of your life. However, if you’re ready and willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable, therapy can benefit you in so many ways.

It can help you sort things out when you’re feeling stuck, or wanting to work through and process a difficult time in your life. Perhaps most importantly, though often subtly, therapy incrementally improves your overall wellness - physically, emotionally, spiritually; and who doesn’t want that? So, on that note, let’s get started. It’s time.
